The invention relates to devices for applying a composition to a product by screen printing, in particular to devices for applying a finishing composition, preferably in foamed form to flat shaped articles in the form of paper, glass or fibrous textile materials by means of a roll-on adapted, and can be used, for example , in the textile industry for dyeing especially fleecy products.
A device for applying a finishing composition in the form of a paint on a flat-shaped product is known, which includes a mesh template, a squeegee roll-in device and a chamber for the finishing composition, limited relative to the KOBHNDi wall template I.
The known device has a level of filling with a finishing composition below the rolling device. When filling above the specified level, the rolling device is filled with a finishing composition, which, falling on the already treated areas of the product, leads to pollution, staining, i.e. to marriage.
The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a device for applying a finishing composition to a flat-shaped product, which contains a squeegee rolling device, a mesh pattern, on which the product’s width, limited by sealed relative to the template, is placed on the fan. and its filling zones exceed the height of the squeegee, and one of the side walls is mounted for movement relative to the other walls, the supply pipeline Remaining within the chamber disposed across the width t2 iee 3.
 The design of the known device does not allow a higher static pressure of the finishing composition to be achieved, especially in foamed form, onto the mesh pattern and thereby reliably prevent the finishing composition from reaching the back side of the roll-in device. As a result, the applied layer is inaccurate, unclean and incorrect, especially when using the composition in the form of foam.

The goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for applying a finishing composition to a flat-shaped product containing a cutting device in the form of a squeegee, there is a mesh pattern on which the chamber, placed along the entire working width of the product, is limited to a chamber that is thicker than the height of the squeegee, and one of the side walls is installed with the possibility of moving relative to the other walls, the pipeline supplying the composition to the chamber, placed along its entire width, onto the roll ayuschem device over its working width is set limiting wall, wherein between the boundary wall and the surge of boat taken sealing device.

At the same time, the mesh pattern is pulled over guide rollers mounted in bearings, with a frame with crossbars fixed to the housing of one of the bearings, on one of which a front wall of the chamber is fixed.

The device for applying a finishing composition to a flat-shaped product comprises a housing 1 on which a mounted mesh pattern 2, a roll-in device 3 in a squeegee, a chamber 4, a pipeline 5 {feeding the composition into the chamber. Camera 4 is placed on the mesh pattern 2 across the entire working width of the product and is limited by side walls (not indicated) sealed relative to the mesh pattern. The height of the chamber 4 and the filling zones exceed the height of the squeegee 3. One of the side walls of the chamber is mounted for movement relative to the other walls. The device works as follows.
The finishing composition is supplied by means of a pump (not shown) via pipeline 5 to chamber 4 or (in the case of applying a foamed composition) through a foam generator to pipeline 5, from which foam enters chamber 4. Flat product 42 is moved by a conveyor under a grid pattern, through which the composition is pushed by rolling
device 3 in the form of squeegee.
The foaming of the finishing composition, which increases its volume, and the subsequent pushing of the foam through the mesh pattern makes it possible to evenly distribute a small amount of the composition in solution over the working width of the flat product.
The use of this invention provides improved product quality.
